Heron Shoal is available year-round. Check out the availability calendar to see if the week you would like is open then, make a reservation . Weekly rental rates vary during the season.

Heron Shoal Cottage charges HST on all of its rental rates
*From November through April a utility surcharge is added to the rental rate.

The weekly rental period is from check-in Saturday at 4 p.m. to check-out the following Saturday at 10 a.m.
The minimum rental period throughout the year is one week however during July and August, on a short notice basis if we are not occupied, we would be pleased to consider a partial week stay. Just contact us to inquire about it. Shorter terms are not considered from September through June.
Payment Schedule
Heron Shoal has a simple method of payment to secure your reservation:

Cheque, cash or money order
- A Deposit is due within 10 days of your reservation. We shall e-mail you an invoice and payment, via personal cheque, bank draft or by e-mail money transfer (please contact us for details) is due within 10 days. The Security Deposit will be refunded to you by cheque through the mail or by e-mail money transfer, within 7 days of your departure.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that it may be necessary to cancel a reservation. To do so please call us ASAP at 416-923-1082. Upon notification we will refund the deposit and rental fee as per the following schedule:

In the event of a cancellation we guarantee to:
- Refund the appropriate deposit refund within 7 days
- Refund the appropriate weekly rental rate within 7 days (unless cancelled within one month of rental date)
Heron Cottages will make every attempt to re-book the cancelled week(s). Should we be successful in doing so, we will gladly refund the full balance of the rental amount and deposit within 7 days.
